Year in and year out, Hogar de la Misericordia has done an art display and raffle in an effort to raise money for the benefit of the children and elderly that are cared for in this association.

The thirteenth-annual Donation Expo of 2004 called “Still Life” took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Monterrey from October 9 to November 9.

At this event a total of 60 works of art were displayed by 59 Mexican artists who donated their paintings to be raffled benefiting the Hogar de la Misericordia.

“Our dream-giving a worthy life to the patients of the Hogar de la Misericordia-dignifies our own life: preparing us to give cheerfully and letting us experience much plentitude that exceeds our stay in this lifetime.

On behalf of all our patients in the three centers, I would like to thank the artists, sponsors, and all those who have made possible this thirteenth-annual Donation Expo.”
