The Hogar de
la Misericordia is a social assistance association for people with
terminal diseases.
Currently, we
have three centers located around the metropolitan area in Monterrey,
Nuevo Leon. We have the facilities to accommodate 136 patients and
provide them food, nursing care, special medical attention and spiritual
guidance, in addition to assisting them in their last days and giving
them a dignified burial.

The requirements
that one should meet in order to be admitted into the Hogar de la
Misericordia are:
• Suffer from a noncontagious terminal disease
• Lack of family able to care for them
• Insufficient financial resources
Currently in the three facilities the service personnel are:
• 227 employees
• 18 Sisters and Mothers of religious orders.
• 37 nurses
